We managed to get our hay in earlier in the week. Some grand meadow hay. Here's some pictures.

Last week saw the Longwools become 'shortwools', but some nice fleeces are in the bag. Now the longwool spinning and weaving begins.

New arrivals at Loddington Longwools

The first Longwool ewe to lamb produced triplets, (two ewes and a tup). We think these three might soon be up to no good !!

Turn Out Time

Somewhat drier weather has allowed us to turn some of the Loddington Longwools out onto some spring grass.
